Lancaster Architectural Works offers a comprehensive range of architectural design services from site analysis and programming to construction documentation and administration. Furthermore, we have an exhaustive knowledge of all applicable building codes and zoning regulations. Our design process includes the use of both hand drawing and 3D modeling techniques; as well as the construction of physical models and construction details. We are currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, New York and Virginia
